Currently, we offer our services exclusively within the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai territories. We are dedicated to serving our customers in these areas and ensuring a timely delivery of their meals.

2. Meal Delivery Timing

Our meal delivery timings are as follows:

• Breakfast and mid-meal: 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM
• Lunch and snacks: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
• Dinner and bed meal: 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM

3. Delivery Punctuality:

We strive to deliver your orders within the specified time frame. However, please note that there may be occasional delays due to external factors beyond our control. In such instances, we appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working diligently to rectify any disturbances in the delivery schedule.

4. Non-Delivery/Cancellations:

If, for any reason, a meal is not delivered within the specified time frame (excluding cases of Force Majeure), we kindly request you to contact us immediately at info@hypothalamus.in or call us at +91 8585858707. Our dedicated customer support team will promptly assist you in expediting the delivery or, if necessary, cancel the meal for that particular day. In such cases, we will extend your subscription accordingly, compensating for the non-delivery.

5. Public Holidays:

Rest assured, we are committed to serving you even on public holidays. However, in the unlikely event that our delivery partners are unavailable on a specific public holiday, we will inform you in advance through various communication channels. These channels include SMS, phone calls, registered email, registered WhatsApp numbers, or notifications on the Platform itself. We aim to keep you informed about any changes in the delivery schedule, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
