At Hypothalamus Private Limited, we strive to provide freshly prepared, high-quality meals that meet your dietary requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Food Damage: Meals delivered are found to be damaged or unfit for consumption.
  • Wrong Items: Incorrect meals delivered that do not match the dietary assessment or order.
  • Delayed Deliveries: Significant delays in delivery impacting the quality of the meals (subject to review).

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide detailed information, including order details, photographs of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem.

3. Refund Credit Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your Hypothalamus Wallet for future meal subscriptions.
  • Refunds will not be credited back to the original payment method or bank account.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with taste or personal preference (as meals are customized based on assessments).
  • Meals partially or fully consumed.
  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
